SHIPPING & ORDERING TERMS

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, product from Swearhand. Please note that your use of swearhand.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Shipping & Delivery
All purchased items will be shipped from Hong Kong within 2 business days of the order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once the package is dispatched. If you still have not received any email or package after 10 days, please notify [email protected] and provide your order number.
Domestic (Hong Kong)
We currently offer SF Express with delivery confirmation. Shipping price is calculated by SF Express Company. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of purchase. A tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation mail.
International
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks, but may take longer. We currently offer SF Express & EMS. Shipping price is calculated by SF Express/EMS. We will choose a lower shipping cost as the shipping method. A tracking number will be sent to customer as well. Customs law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delay delivery. Swearhand Co. or SWEARHAND.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays and is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Please make sure the size you choose is correct. Size chart of every product is on the product site. For the exchange, customers should send an email for informing us about the exchange before shipping back the package to us. Please note that customers need to pay the re-shipping fee and the return-shipping fee for any exchange.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the SWEARHAND.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on SWEARHAND.COM, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
